Our orders are typically processed and fullfilled within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). Except for pre-orders, which will be clearly stated on the product page. Shipments are handled via the following methods:

“Standard Tracking” – Available in all regions, this shipping method includes full tracking and regular updates.

“Economy Shipping” – Offered in select few regions, this cost-effective option does not include tracking.

“Free Shipping” – Domestic orders automatically qualify for free shipping. For European orders, free shipping is available by reaching the “Free Shipping” threshold (subject to change) or via a limited-time coupon.

Tracking information can be viewed at any time on our Track Order page. We’ll provide the tracking numbers on the confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

Your delivery may be subject to customs charges upon arrival in the destination country. We are not liable for any fees that may be incurred as a result of customs, as these are charges imposed by your government and are entirely separate from delivery fees.
