THE SACRED CROW'S REFUND POLICY

Refunds are not processed automatically unless initiated by The Sacred Crow in these specific cases:

i. Stock unavailability
ii. High-risk or suspicious payment activity
iii. Suspected fraudulent transactions

In all other cases, customers must submit a formal refund request to be considered for reimbursement.

This right may be exercised at any time, and no order shall be considered accepted until confirmed by us. In the event of pricing or typographical errors, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders placed under incorrect pricing.

If the customer has already been charged, a full refund will be issued upon request to the original payment method within a 28 day period. However, it’s important to note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

A customer serves the right to initiate a refund request only in the event that:

– The item they received was not as described.
– The item they received is defective or damaged.
– They received the incorrect item.
– The order was not delivered due to a shipping address error (whether caused by the merchant or the customer), or due to delays resulting from natural disasters or other force majeure events.

To initiate a refund request, customers must contact us at [email protected]. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility and the refund amount.

If the customer receives an item different from what they ordered, but the item corresponds to its description, the customer must return the item to the seller’s designated return address in order to be eligible for a refund.

In the event that an order is cancelled or the refund process has been initiated, the customer will be notified via the email address provided at checkout.

The total purchase price, including VAT and delivery charge, will be displayed in the checkout page prior to confirming the order. Product prices are subject to change at any time, without notice.
