4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
The Sacred Crow reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order for any reason, without limitation. Such reasons may include, but are not limited to:
i. Issues related to stock availability
ii. High-risk payment transactions
iii. Suspected fraudulent activity.
This right may be exercised at any time, and no order shall be considered accepted until confirmed by us. In the event of pricing or typographical errors, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders placed under incorrect pricing. If the customer has already been charged, a full refund will be issued upon request to the original payment method within a 28 day period. However, it’s important to note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

For all products offered for sale by The Sacred Crow, the company provides high-quality images and detailed information concerning the product and its material. The Sacred Crow expressly warrants that the images displayed on its website or marketing materials accurately depict the same product that will be shipped to the customer. However, it is acknowledged that slight variations in color may occur due to differences in lighting conditions at the time the product is viewed.
7. INDEMNIFICATION

9. FORCE MAJEURE
The Sacred Crow shall bear no liability for any delay or inability to fulfill its obligations arising from events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such events may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, accidents, acts of war, fire, failures in communication, telecommunications, or computer systems, equipment or machinery malfunctions, or the shortage or unavailability of raw materials from natural supply sources. In such cases, The Sacred Crow shall be granted a reasonable extension of time to perform its obligations.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
– Informal Negotiations
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controverst, or claim related to these Legal Terms (each a “Dispute” and collectively, the “Disputes“) brought by either you or us (individually, a “party” and collectively, the “parties“), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute (except those Disputes expressly provided below) informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written cnotice from one Party to the other Party.
– Binding Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Legal Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the European Arbitration Chamber (Belgium, Brussels, Avenue Louise, 146) according to the Rules of this ICAC, which, as a result of referring to it, is considered as the part of this clause. The number of arbitrators shall be one (1). The seat, or legal place, or arbitration shall be Prishtina, Kosovo. The language of the proceedings shall be English / Albanian (Shqip). The governing law of these Legal Terms shall be substantive law of Kosovo.
– Restrictions
The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding; (b) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (c) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.
– Exceptions to Informal Negotiations and Arbitration
The Parties agree that the following Disputes are not subject to the above provisions concerning informal negotiations binding arbitration: (a) any Disputes seeking to enforce or protect, or concerning the validity of, any of the intellectual property rights of a Party; (b) any Dispute related to, or arising from, allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use; and (c) any claim for injunctive relief. If this provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable, then neither Party will elect to arbitrate any Dispute falling within that portion of this provision found to be illegal or unenforceable and such Dispute shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction within the courts listed for jurisdiction above, and the Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of that court.
11. DISCLAIMER
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
